“Noma” is my final culminating project from my Bachelor of Industrial Design at OCAD University. Noma is an app with an accompanying physical artifact, a printed journal, that can be customized and ordered through the app. At it’s core, Noma is tackling a pretty big goal, self-actualization. The philosophy is that through new experiences and the tools to record and reflect on those experiences, once can begin to expand how they understand themselves.
This project spanned over 8 months and primarily consisted of research, ideation, prototyping and branding work. Noma was also exhibited at the 2014 OCAD University Graduate Exhibition over a 4 day period.
